When Vijay surprised his 'Theri' co-star Sunainaa

Sunainaa played a short role in Vijay's cop drama 'Theri', which was directed by Atlee. Sunainaa and Vijay happen to travel on the same flight from Hyderabad to Chennai recently. While ont the flight, Vijay made a phone call to Sunainaa from his assistant' number, and the actress was surprised by the sudden catch-up.
Sunainaa then sat next to Vijay and discussed about her visit to Chennai and her film 'Laththi' teaser launch.Vijay also wished the actress for 'Laththi', and also sent wishes to Vishal. This sweet meet was shared by the actress during the teaser launch of 'Laththi'.
The action-loaded 'Laththi' teaser was launched on July 24 In a grand way and the teaser is receiving great responses on the video streaming platform. Directed by debutant Vinoth Kumar, the film is slated to release on September 15.
On the other hand, Vijay has completed the Hyderabad schedule of 'Varisu', which is directed by Vamshi Paidipally, and the next schedule will begin in Chennai after a week's time. Reported to be an emotional family drama, 'Varisu' is scheduled to release in Pongal 2023, and the film has Rashmika Mandanna, Prakash Raj, Prabhu, Khushbu, Sangeetha, and Shaam among others.
