had met with a car accident on July 24, 2021 on East Coast Road near Mahabalipuram. While one of Yashika's friends, Pavani Valicheti, passed away on the spot,

was hospitalised and underwent treatment for more than three months. The young actress had begun walking a little only after more than three months and has also started to slowly make public appearances.

While the young actress had a huge fan following while she was on the popular show Bigg Boss Tamil, she has now revealed that she was actually selected to be part of

Bigg Boss Hindi

in 2021. Unfortunately, just before she was supposed to head to Mumbai for the show in the first week of August, she met the accident on July 24, 2021. In a special television show for New year, Yashika shared the above while she was talking about the year that had gone by.

She had also said that she will feel sorry her whole for losing her friend Pavani Valicheti in the accident. An emotional Yashika even said that a not a single days passes by without pain and also that she wishes to be one to have gone instead of her friend.

Yashika had multiple fractures and had undergone surgeries for the same. She herself had also revealed her scars and stitches she had after the accident. Though she had begun making public appearance, she still walking with a limp.
