Krishnakumar Kunnath passed away on May 31, 2022 in Kolkata at the age of 53. Krishnakumar Kunnath was in Kolkata for a performance at the Nazrul Mancha. After his live performance, the singer reportedly fell ill in his hotel and was declared dead when brought to a hospital.
The whole of India is mourning the demise of singer Krishnakumar Kunnath and KK’s death is a loss to the whole country. The singer even before his last breath gave a stunning and electrifying live performance and the audience present there would never forget such an event as it was the last time they heard the singer live.
