Akhil Akkineni and Kalyani Priyadarshan starrer 'Hello' rakes in Rs 1.35 Cr in US during its preview shows in 140 locations

Akhil Akkineni and Kalyani Priyadarshan starrer Vikram Kumar’s ‘Hello’ released worldwide on December 22. ‘Hello’ that has released on a huge number of screens in the Telugu states and overseas has reportedly received maximum occupancy on its first day. The film has also been received well by critics and audience alike. The film has reportedly released on 400 screens in the Telugu states, 100 screens in Karnataka and other parts of India. It has also released on 200 screens across US, UK and other countries. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted on his social media a few hours ago that ‘Hello’ has raked in Rs 1.35 Cr just from its previews. He posted, “Telugu film #Hello has an IMPRESSIVE START in USA... Thu previews $ 210,840 [₹ 1.35 cr] from 140 locations.” (sic) In the Telugu states however, unconfirmed reports state that the film is said to have raked in Rs 3.10 Cr on its opening day for its distributors, while ‘Akhil’ had raked in Rs 7.56 Cr.
