'Raja the Great' Box Office Collections Week One: Ravi Teja's biggest opening week is here!

’ has emerged as the biggest film of Ravi Teja’s career till date at the box office.

The film has raked in Rs 42 Cr worldwide in just six days, with the film benefitting from the Diwali holidays after releasing on October 18. In AP and Telangana, the film grossed Rs 35 Cr, earning Rs 21.69 Cr to its distributors. This has made the film the best opening week for Ravi Teja so far. Ravi Teja’s previous record was held by his 2014 film ‘Power’ that had raked in Rs 33 Cr in six days.

‘Raja the Great’ is one of the recently released films that have been affected by piracy, with different versions of the film being available online on torrent sites. While director Anil Ravipudi requested the audience to not encourage piracy, it makes one wonder how much the film would’ve raked in were it not pirated online.
