Previously, Hyderabad Times had reported that Kumara Varma inspired

were all the rage in Japan. Now, the actor has been invited to Japan to be a part of ‘screaming screenings’ of the

SS Rajamouli

film along with fans. Few days back, the actor took to social media and wrote, “Excited to visit one of my favourite countries and cultures - thanks to Baahubali 2 and its Japanese fans.” (sic)

He also shared a post yesterday which stated, “Baahubali:The Conclusion. Kumara Varma,Mr. Subbaraju comes Japan! 6/28 in Kawasaki cinecitta movie theater ,6/29 in Sinjuku Piccadilly movie theater. Stage greetings and

2 times a day!” (sic) His fans have also apparently excited about his ride on a ‘swan boat’, with a fan sharing, “@actorsubbaraju -san on his way to Japan on "the

swan

boat," by a genius creator @sironeko_miiko” (sic) along with an illustration of his character sitting on a boat shaped like a swan.


Subbaraju too shared, “Getting on the boat of Swan, on my way to Nihon, Land of the Rising Sun, with a heart full of excitement! ‘Watashi wa kōfun shite imasu’!!!” (sic) Fans have also shared pictures of Subbaraju enjoying Japanese food in Tokyo. Many Japanese fans comment under his posts, hoping to get a chance to meet him. “I'm waiting for you sit in the front row of the Shinzyuku and Kawasaki movie theater!” (sic) writes a Japanese fan, while another one writes, “My friend loves you sooooooo much that she can't sleep at night. She desires to meet you at the airport though she is so shy and modest woman. If you can,please make her dream come true.” (sic)
