Actress Dimple Hayathi, who recently made headlines for her alleged involvement in a collision with traffic DCP Rahul Hegde's vehicle, has taken her case to the Hyderabad High Court. Seeking to dismiss the charges against her in this incident, Hayathi presented her arguments before the court. The court, after carefully considering the viewpoints of both parties, provided several important directives to the police. However, the Jubilee Hills police have registered a case against Dimple Hayathi, charging her with assault or criminal force.

Conversely, Rahul Hegde, a public servant, has been accused of obstructing Hayati from performing her duties, subjecting her to unlawful detention, and driving recklessly in public places. Meanwhile, Dimple Hayathi has approached the High Court, claiming that the Jubilee Hills Police have falsely implicated her in the case.

In her complaint, Hayathi alleged that IPS Rahul Hegde misused his authority to file charges against her. The court proceedings continued, and the public prosecutor presented evidence showing that Hayathi had indeed collided with the IPS officer's vehicle using her BMW. The prosecution further argued that the entire incident had been captured on CCTV footage, and photographs of the damaged car were submitted to the court.

After listening to the arguments put forth by the public prosecutor, the High Court emphasized that notices under Section 41A should be issued if the police intend to summon Hayathi for investigation. However, the prosecution revealed that the Jubilee Hills police had already issued such notices to Dimple Hayathi. In addition, the High Court ordered the police to serve notices under Section 41A to David Victor. Furthermore, the High Court directed the police to file a counter to Hayathi's petition.

The case involving Dimple Hayati and Rahul Hegde continues to unfold, with both parties presenting their respective arguments before the court. As the legal proceedings progress, it remains to be seen how the court will adjudicate on this matter and determine the appropriate course of action.
