’, was supposed to hit the screens on October 18 along the the original Tamil version. However, the film’s release was postponed due to delay in censor formalities.

As per the latest updates, ‘Adirindhi’ has completed its censor formalities with a UA certificate and is all set to hit the screens on October 27.

The controversy surrounding 'Mersal' has helped the film immensely to attract crowd and make record collections owing to the curiosity factor. In the wake of political controversies, Vijay’s fans in the Telugu states are eagerly waiting for ‘Adirindhi’ to hit the screens. It will ensure strong openings for the film despite the delay.
