Adivi Sesh has been hospitalised since September 18 due to viral
dengue
fever and is currently under observation.
He was rushed to a private hospital for treatment after his blood platelet count fell down drastically and continues to be there as of Monday. His team released a statement regarding the same that reads, “Actor
Adivi
Sesh has been infected with Dengue last week and due to a sudden drop in blood platelets, he has been hospitalised on 18th Sep. His condition is closely being monitored by a team of doctors. Any development regarding Sesh’s health would be communicated officially. (sic)”
Adivi Sesh’s recent post was on Ganesh Chaturthi when he felt happy to finally reunite with his family as they were stuck abroad since the pandemic began. He was also shooting for Sashi Kiran Tikka’s Major, a biopic on Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the 26/11 martyr. The film written by Adivi will detail not just the terror attacks but also delve into Sandeep’s personal life. The film is jointly bankrolled by
Mahesh Babu and A+S entertainments and will hit screens in all major languages. Saiee Manjrekar plays the female lead. He will also soon be seen in Goodachari 2.
