Ahimsa teaser: Rana Daggubati's brother Abhiram shows his acting chops

Abhiram Daggubati, brother of Rana Daggubati, is all set to debut in Tollywood soon with director Teja’s Ahimsa.

The teaser for the film released on Thursday morning and seems to tell the story of what happens when a non-violent person is met with violence. It’s shown how Abhiram’s character is completely against violence, teaching everyone about Buddha’s philosophy on non-violence. However, his life seems to turn upside down due to unfortunate incidents.


Ahimsa also seems to be a love story backed by a conflict point. The film also stars Geethika as the female lead, a bubbly happy-go-lucky girl. Sadha and a few other characters are also introduced. Rajat Bedi, Ravi Kale, Kamal Kamaraju, Manoj Tiger, Kalpalatha, Devi Prasad and others play key roles in the film.

RP Patnaik has composed a pleasant background score for Ahimsa even as he switches things up during the action bits. Sameer Reddy is the cinematographer of the film while Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor. Anil Achugatla has penned dialogues and Supriya is the art director.


This is Abhiram Daggubati’s first film and the debutant has been training for a while now with writer and starmaker Satyanand for this moment. The makers are yet to announce a release date for the film.
