On the eve of
Nandamuri Balakrishna's 61st birthday, director
Boyapati Srinu and the 'Akhanda' team unveiled a brand new poster of the actor from the film. In the poster, Balakrishna can be seen wearing a cream colour Nehru style blazer with a suave look on his face. Along with the poster, the team wished Balayya and also gave us an idea about his character in the film.
Sharing the poster, they wrote, ''Wishing our #Akhanda, #NandamuriBalakrishna garu A very Happy Birthday. Here's #AkhandaBirthdayRoar for you''.

On June 7th, Balakrishna took to Facebook to urge his fans not to throng his residence to celebrate his birthday and maintain safety protocols, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
He wrote, ''To my hard chore fans, always thank you for your admiration coming from all over to meet me on my birthday on June 10th every year. But it is not desirable for you to come to me in these dire circumstances. It’s because of you that I am here today. I can’t bear it if anything happens to any one of you. There is no blessing beyond your affection. There is no wish beyond your health. I feel very happy on my birthday if you spend time with your family. Tributes to all my fans and followers, who lost their lives during times of disaster. Yours Balakrishna.''
