Akhil Akkineni’s upcoming film which is set to go on floors in the first week of June has reportedly been titled '
Mr Majnu
'. However, there is no official word on the film’s title yet as the team is busy trying to complete the pre-productions works on time. It marks the actor’s third feature film in the showbiz world. The movie, which will see Akhil in a never-seen-before avatar reportedly as a college goer, also features
Nidhhi Agerwal.
Reports say the makers will announce the title of the
Venky Atluri directorial and also unveil the first look of the film. It may be mentioned here that Venky Atluri had teamed up with
Varun Tej for ‘
Tholi Prema
’ which turned out to be a big hit. Following this, the team is hoping to score a super hit with this Akhil starrer. One more reason to expect this film is that Thaman is composing tunes for it and it would be his second collaboration with Venky Atluri.
The yet-to-be-titled film is scheduled for a Dussehra release this year.
