Allu Arjun's visit sparked a buzz as it coincided with the local elections, leading to accusations of violating the Model Code of Conduct. In response, a case was filed against him, alleging he had participated in a large public gathering without appropriate permissions, a situation complicated by the enforcement of Section 144 during the polls.

To clear the air, Allu Arjun made a public statement emphasizing his neutrality in political matters. "Firstly, I want to clarify that I'm not affiliated with any political party. I remain neutral and support my people, regardless of their political affiliations. This includes my uncle Pawan Kalyan, whom I'll always stand by, along with my friend Ravi and my father-in-law, Mr. Reddy," Allu said in a statement.

The actor stressed his visit was a gesture of friendship, fulfilling a promise to support Mr. Ravi.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Allu Arjun will be next seen in theatres with his highly awaited film, 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' directed by Sukumar. The film will be releasing on August 15, 2024.
