Popular South hero
Allu Arjun always manages to stay amid the headlines be it for his on-screen performances or off-screen style statements. Recently, the 36-year-old actor purchased a lavish
caravan
for himself and turned it into a paradise of worth Rs 7 crore. At first, he bought a luxurious bus worth Rs 3.5 crore and made it undergo a swanky & customised renovation by a Mumbai-based automotive designer. However, the same
vanity van
has now put him in trouble.
On July 16, the caravan was spotted by a local citizen named Mohammad Abdul Azam near Himayat Nagar in Hyderabad. He took photos of the caravan and alerted the
Cyberabad police
about the use of
tinted glass
. The cops investigated the issue and with the help of registration number TS 09 FG 6666, they found that it belonged to Allu Arjun. The ‘Race Gurram’ star was
slapped with a fine
of Rs 735 and the incident took place nearly ten days ago.
In 2012, the Supreme Court of India had banned the use of tinted glass on vehicles under the Motor Vehicle Act. Without knowing it, the luxury bus which was christened as ‘
Falcon
’ got completely covered with black tinted glass to block visibility from outside.
A few days ago, the ‘DJ’ actor took to social media and shared a few snaps of the luxurious interiors of his caravan. With glittering leather seats, giant mirror, sophisticated lighting and entertainment options, the vanity van looks like a shining pearl. At present, Allu Arjun is busy shooting for Trivikram Srinivas’ untitled project starring
Pooja Hegde and
Tabu in pivotal roles.
