THIS actor was the first choice for Keshava's role in Allu Arjun starrer 'Pushpa 1: The Rise'

Director Sukumar's 'Pushpa: The Rise' has garnered immense acclaim, for its gripping storyline and action, the movie is also praised for stellar performances given by Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil in the film. Jagadeesh Bandari earned recognition for his portrayal of Keshava as Pushpa Raj's friend, Sukumar recently unveiled intriguing information about the casting of Keshava.

Recently during the teaser launch event of Suhas's upcoming film, 'Prasanna Vadanam' Sukumar expressed his admiration for Suhas and explained why Suhas wasn't ultimately cast in the role of Keshava in 'Pushpa: The Rise'. He mentions that Allu Arjun, affectionately called Bunny, holds Suhas in high regard and they had considered him for the role. However, they discovered that Suhas was already committed to lead roles in other films, so they decided against casting him as a supporting character.

Sukumar also commends Suhas' acting style as authentic and deeply grounded, similar to Nani's natural approach to acting. He believes that Suhas has the potential to follow a similar career as Nani, who has garnered acclaim for his versatile performances and natural portrayal of characters.

Suhas in his early days gained recognition with supporting roles and is popularly known for his lead roles. He was last seen in 'Ambajipeta Marriage Band' which was received well by the audience. Now he is gearing up for the release of 'Prasanna Vadanam', where he seems to suffer from a rare medical condition, called face blindness.

Meanwhile, Sukumar is expected to be busy with the production of the sequel, 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' which will be released on August 15.
