Recently, a viral video of Allu Arjun surfaced where the actor was spotted sporting a white hoodie bearing his dialogue "Flower nahi, fire hai" printed on it. However, with an unexpected twist, it was recorded while the actor was being detained by the Hyderabad Police. It left the fans of Allu Arjun shocked as news came out that he has been taken into custody for questioning over a fatal stampede reported at the premiere night of 'Pushpa 2' at Sandhya Theatre.

The stampede occurred on the night of December 4 when hundreds of fans were seen in long queues in order to get a glimpse of Allu Arjun, who went there to attend the premiere. Excitement proved to be chaotic as people rushed toward the entrance of the theatre immediately after the actor arrived. Despite the police officers deployed to manage the crowd, the situation turned ugly and a lathi charge was resorted to to disperse the crowd. Sadly, the stampede claimed the life of a 39-year-old woman, Revathi from Dilsukhnagar. She had come with her husband Bhaskar and their two children, Tej (9) and Sanvika (7), for the premiere. A complaint was also lodged by the dead family and the owners of the theatre against Allu Arjun. The case under which this accident is being investigated, i.e., Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Section 118(1), comes with a punishment between one to ten years. Charges framed against Allu Arjun include four sections: Section 3(1) Red with 3/5 BNS.

This incident raises several questions about crowd control in events that involve high-profile stars. Though Allu Arjun's fans were keen to see their idol, the stampede to the entrance posed a death threat. The arrest of the actor, along with widespread publicity of his hoodie that features his famous dialogue, has made things worse.

The current position is that Allu Arjun's lawyers are cooperating with the authorities while investigations continue about the circumstances behind the unfortunate death. As such, what should have been a happy celebration of sorts for 'Pushpa 2' fans ends up instead being an issue for public conversation on safety and crowd control at major events.
