Allu Sirish kicks off wedding festivities with traditional Pasupu ceremony ahead of March 6 wedding

Actor Allu Sirish, brother of Allu Arjun, will marry on March 6. With over 3 weeks remaining until the actor’s wedding, he has now shared videos from his pre-wedding celebration, which started traditionally and vibrantly at his residence. He and his family members were seen at the ‘Pasupu’ function.

The first ceremony took place at the Allu family residence. It began on a traditional and happy note. Sirish shared a video from the event on social media. Along with the video, he wrote, “Wedding festivities have officially begun with our pasupu function…” The moment felt warm and personal. Family elders were seen blessing the couple. The home was filled with smiles, prayers, and positive energy.

Pasupu ceremony full of colour and tradition

The video showed the beautiful Pasupu function. This ritual is very important in Telugu homes before a wedding. The decor looked bright and calm. Yellow marigolds and white flower garlands were everywhere. The entrance featured flower hangings. A large flower backdrop was set up for the rituals. Later in the video, women from the family performed prayers in front of a deity idol placed on a decorated pedestal. Sirish was seen smiling, dressed in a simple traditional outfit, standing with the elders.

Upasana Konidela and family members attend

One special guest at the ceremony was Upasana Kamineni Konidela, wife of actor Ram Charan. She was spotted at the event and looked radiant in a traditional outfit. Her presence surprised many, as she recently became a new mother to twins, Shivram and Anveera Devi. The family gathering felt close-knit and emotional, with everyone sharing the joy.

Dubai party and wedding date details

A few days earlier, Sirish and his fiancée Nayanika Reddy had a pre-wedding yacht party in Dubai. The event was attended by close friends and family, including Allu Arjun and his wife Sneha Reddy. Sirish wrote, “Kicking off our wedding celebrations like this felt absolutely magical.” He added, “Being there with Nayanika and our closest family and friends... is a memory we are going to cherish forever.”

Allu Sirish will marry Nayanika Reddy on March 6, the same date that his brother Allu Arjun got married.
