The film that was supposed to release on October 12, but to avoid the stiff competition with Junior NTR’s ‘Aravindha Sametha Veera Raghava’ they backed off at the last moment and scheduled to release on November 30. But the makers failed to meet the deadline, and ‘Bhairava Geetha’ was further postponed to
December 7
, 2018, due to some censor related issues, revealed by the RGV himself on his Twitter page.
RGV tweeted: “Due to some censor related technical issues, @ThattSidd directed @BhairavaGeetha is now releasing on December 7 th Election Day ..Please vote for #BhairavaGeetha @dhananjayaka @Irra_Mor @AbhishekPicture”.
Set in the backdrop of Rayalaseema region, the film which has music by Ravi Shankar will also be simultaneously released in Telugu and Kannada. Irra Mor is the leading lady of the film.
