Bhumika Chawla had an
emotional
, final goodbye for her
MS Dhoni co-star
Sushant Singh Rajput who left the world shocked when he died by suicide on June 14.
MS Dhoni, which released in 2016, saw Bhumika play the role of Jayanti Gupta, Dhoni’s sister in the film. The actress shared a picture of Sushant, seemingly just coming to terms with his death and penned a long post. In it she writes of how she still wakes up thinking of him even if their association was limited to screen-space. She went on to detail how
Bollywood
is made up of warm people and those who brush you aside, just like everywhere else and wondering the reason why he took the step.
She goes on to state how when she would openly ask people if she could work with them in the last few years, and even those who are warm to her would smile it off. Bhumika also states how through it all, she understood she has to live with it. “YEH SHAHAR HAME HAMARE SAPNE DETA HAI , Naam deta hai ... kabhi Kabhi Gumnaam bhi karta ... lakho ki aabadi mein kuch TANHA BHI KARTA HAI ..... ........ if there was anything more I hope we come to know what it was ... until then FINAL GOODBYE .... PRAYERS FOR YOU - wherever you are and prayers for your family,” (sic) she summed up.
