Sophie Choudry turns 38: Jaw-dropping BIKINI snaps of the Fitness Queen

In the current scenario where local divas are finding it hard to strike an impact in Bollywood, a beautiful belle born and raised in Manchester has struck the right chord with the Indian audience in two avatars; sizzling actress with incredible dancing skills and a pop singer. She is none other than Sophie Choudry. Starting off her professional career as the host for a popular UK-based road show, the bombshell turned into a popular singer-cum-performer on the live show circuit and has given several concerts.

After a brief stint as a VJ, Sophie went on to feature in 15+ films, which includes a special song in Mahesh Babu’s 2014 psychological-thriller ‘1: Nenokkadine’. Considered as one among the fittest celebrities of Bollywood, she enjoys a massive following on Instagram and is extremely popular when it comes to scorching photo-shoots on exotic beaches. Sophie Choudry doesn’t believe in extreme dieting and excessive workouts

During the 3rd edition of Pilates Festival of India, Sophie Choudry spoke about the secret behind her toned physique and washboard abs. She said “I don’t believe in extreme dieting or extreme workouts. My motto has always been consistency. I feel fitness has to be a part of your lifestyle and it should come naturally to yourself. Then, you will not find it difficult and you will not treat it as a chore. I feel one should work out every day -- whether it is dance, yoga, swimming or anything else, make it a part of your life.”
