‘Dacoit’: Adivi Sesh grateful as film with Mrunal Thakur stands tall on content and audience love

The movie did not have huge hype before release, but it slowly picked up. Even in its second weekend, the film is holding well. As per trade analyst Sacnilk, in ten days, the movie’s worldwide gross total comes to Rs 50.24 crore.

Speaking about the film, directed by Shaneil Deo, ‘Dacoit’ is co-written by him and Adivi Sesh. The film involves Mrunal Thakur as Juliet, who seems to betray Adivi Sesh’s character Hari, which results in him being sent to prison. Later, Hari escapes jail to confront her. The movie also features Anurag Kashyap, Prakash Raj and others in key roles.
