''I’m extremely excited about Manasanamaha’s New Jersey Premiere happening at the New Jersey’s premiere film festival “Garden State”. It’s a great honour to represent Telugu cinema at this level. Looking forward to April 28th,'' said elated Deepak.

Meant to be a “celebration of the independent film genre”, the Garden State Festival is widely respected and featured the cream of this year’s indie films. Frequented by industry notables such as Christopher Lloyd, James Gandolfini, Kurtwood Smith and Glenn Close, among others, it provides a platform for aspiring filmmakers to showcase their work to the stalwarts of Hollywood.

This selection is yet another feather in the cap of the widely acclaimed short film, which has already won over 400 awards worldwide in various categories including “Best Picture” and “Best Director”. The film was made on a shoestring budget with the support of his friends, proving that quality cinema can still be made without huge budgets. With its universal theme of love and memory, Manasanamaha has been well received everywhere and brought plaudits to its young director, Deepak Reddy.
