National Award-Winning actor Dhanush's Telugu-Tamil bilingual ‘SIR’ (Telugu)’/'Vaathi’ (Tamil) being made under the Sithara Entertainments, in association with Fortune Four Cinemas is written and directed by Venky Atluri. Samyuktha Menon is playing the heroine in the movie for which the music is by GV Prakash Kumar.

Here comes an update about the first single of the movie. It will be out on November 10th. Dhanush and Samyuktha Menon can be seen as lovebirds in the poster. Besides praying the god, they are seen looking into the eyes each other. Dhanush looks very young in the poster, wherein Samyuktha looks beautiful as a village belle. Lyrics for the song are provided by Dhanush. It was crooned by Shweta Mohan.
The film is carrying superb buzz, ever since the teaser was released. Now, they announce to begin musical promotions.
S Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are bankrolling the prestigious project. The film's technical crew comprises cinematographer J Yuvraj and National Award Winning editor Navin Nooli. GV Prakash Kumar is on board as the music director. Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani and Narra Srinivas too essay supporting roles.
J Yuvraj cranks the camera. Naveen Nooli and Avinash Kolla take care of editing and production design respectively.
