Did you know Vishwak Sen charged zero money for his role in 'Gaami'?

Vishwak Sen has been busy with the release of his recent film 'Gaami,' which hit theaters on March 8th. It is now gearing up for an OTT release on April 12. In his recent interview, the actor discussed his support for the film, which took almost six years to finish filming.

The actor revealed to Telugu Filmnagar that he has not taken any money for his role in the movie . It was earlier reported that crowdfunding was done for the making of this movie. To which, the actor responded saying that the decision not to charge money for his role was his own way of being part of the crowdfunding.

He further added that he never was a burden to the filmmaking process and did not even ask for a vanity van. The actor mentioned that his lifestyle has changed. But when he returned to the sets of 'Gaami,' he behaved exactly like how he was during the first day of shooting. He said that he never wanted to shock them or make them think that he had become too big for his boots.


Directed by Vidyadhar Kagita, 'Gaami' is an epic adventure drama in which Vishwak's character deals with a curse of not being able to feel touch.
