Director BVS Ravi to turn producer for an action thriller

We have seen many Tollywood directors turning producers and bringing in the new talent. The likes of Sukumar, Trivikram, Krish and a few others have turned producers and now another noted director is joining this bandwagon and he is BVS Ravi.
The Jawaan director has many ideas in his mind and wants to put them out by giving a chance to the newcomers.He has decided to turn producer and encourage new talent. He is turning producer for an action thriller which will star Sagar, Mogali Rekulu serial fame in the lead role. Sagar is the heartthrob of the television industry, without a doubt. The talented actor has always managed to make a place in everyone’s heart.
Now, he is all set to make his silver screen debut with this untitled film, which will be directed by debutant Ramesh. The latter was previously associated with Gautam Vasudev Menon and YVS Chowdary. Touted to be an action thriller, this film is said to have an interesting plotline and the male lead's characterization will be a peculiar one. More details about the lead cast and technical crew will be out in the coming days.
BVS Ravi began his career as a writer for the 2002 film Girl Friend. He went on to write films like Khadgam, Satyam, Bhadra, Parugu, Tulasi, Iddarammayilatho and more. He made his directorial debut with the 2011 film Wanted, starring Gopichand and Deeksha Seth. He has also helmed Jawaan in 2017 with Sai Dharam Tej and Mehreen Pirzada.
