Prabhas's birthday on October 23, his beloved film 'Mr. Perfect' will be re-released in theatres on October 22. Directed by
Dasaradh, the film originally hit screens in 2011 and has since become a favourite among fans.
As per a report by Deccan Chronicle, he shared the film’s theme would resonate well with today’s youth, particularly the unwillingness to compromise in relationships and the desire for personal space. He noted that when they made the film, Prabhas underwent a significant transformation to portray his character as a gamer from Australia who is hesitant to sacrifice his lifestyle for love.
The film features Prabhas alongside
Kajal Aggarwal and Taapsee Pannu, who both play pivotal roles as his love interests. The director said, "Our film addressed the issue of love and relationships and discussed the pros and cons of adjusting to sustain a relationship.”
Dasaradh also praised Prabhas for his professionalism, noting how he came prepared with his dialogues and modulation and called a person fun to work with.
Speaking more about the film, 'Mr. Perfect', the character played by Prabhas learns that true love can make everything go wrong can make you feel right, leading to a fulfilling relationship built on mutual respect and admiration.
Further, this re-release offers fans a chance to revisit a lighter, more romantic side of the star. While he is now known for intense action sequences, 'Mr. Perfect' remains a cherished part of his career.
Prabhas has been part of some of the biggest blockbusters of India including 'Salaar' and 'Kalki 2898 AD'. He will be next seen in the horror comedy film, 'The Raja Saab' directed by Maruthi.
