Director Sujeeth recently shared intriguing details during a promotional interview for Karthikeya Gummakonda’s upcoming film 'Bhaje Vaayu Vegam.' Sujeeth revealed how the project came to be and the creative decisions behind it.

Initially, Sujeeth was offered the opportunity to direct a remake featuring Pawan Kalyan. However, he always felt that an original film would be more impactful. His patience paid off when he was asked if he had an original story in mind, a moment Sujeeth considers a fortunate twist of fate.

Speaking about the film's title, Sujeeth explained that 'OG' stands for 'Ojas Gambheera,' a name reflecting Pawan Kalyan’s character in the movie. Ojas, meaning a master or fight master, and Gambheera, another significant name for the character, combine to form 'Ojas Gambheera.' Additionally, 'OG' also stands for 'Original Gangster,' which suits the film’s theme.

The film is currently in the production phase, and it is reported that the makers will continue the production post-election results. The film is set to release on September 27, 2024.
