'DQ41': Ramya Krishnan comes on board for Dulquer Salmaan and Pooja Hegde starrer - Report

The makers of 'The Paradise' announced a Telugu movie that will star Malayalam cinema star Dulquer Salmaan as the male lead. Soon, they also revealed that Pooja Hegde will also star in the movie as the female lead. Now, according to the latest buzz, another popular actress has joined the ensemble cast.According to 123 Telugu, the latest addition to the cast of the film tentatively titled 'DQ41', is none other than veteran actress Ramya Krishnan, who is famous for her role as Shivgami Devi in the 'Baahubali' film franchise. Interestingly, the announcement came amidst the actress' birthday celebrations.The makers gave a warm welcome to Ramya through a social media post which read, "Ruling the big screens and hearts through generations with her timeless charm. As per the report, the film is currently in production. New director Ravi Nelakuditi is helming the project, wih GV Prakash Kumar set to compose the music.The makers are reportedly aiming to release the film in multiple languages.Ramya Krishnan was last featured in the Telugu drama titled 'Purushothamudu'. The actress is set to reprise her role of Vijaya Muthuvel Pandian in the sequel to Rajinikanth's hit movie, 'Jailer'. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the film is currently in production. The makers are yet to announce the release date of the movie.
