Ram Pothineni played the role of a business tycoon Ram who heads to India to solve a case registered by a plat lover. While in India, he tries to get her to withdraw the case, falls in love with her and also reunites his family. Rakul Preet Singh essayed his sister-in-law Divya while Sonal Chauhan was seen as Anushka who desires to marry Ram. The songs of the film were appreciated by the audience with Pandaga Chesko and Ye Pilla Pilla becoming hit tracks.
