Kaif shared the photo on X, praising Charan's down-to-earth nature and global success. "You meet him, and you want to do a Naatu Naatu step. Such a global superstar but so down-to-earth. You made all of us proud. Best wishes for many more hits. #ramcharan," he wrote. Kaif's tweet referenced "Naatu Naatu," the famous song from the movie 'RRR.'.

The 'RRR' was in Mumbai to support his team, Falcon Risers Hyderabad. He acquired the Hyderabad team in the Indian Street Premier League (ISPL), India's first T10 cricket tournament. Charan announced his ownership of Team Hyderabad in December 2023 on social media, stating, "Excited to announce my ownership of Team Hyderabad in the Indian Street Premier League! Beyond cricket, this venture is about nurturing talent, fostering community spirit, and celebrating street cricket's essence.".

His recent film 'Game Changer,' alongside Kiara Advani and SJ Suryah in key roles, did not perform as expected at the box office. The film, directed by Shankar, was highly anticipated but ultimately considered a flop.

On the film front, Ram Charan is currently working on 'RC16,' which is directed by Buchi Babu Sana. Bollywood's Janhvi Kapoor will be playing the female lead. The film is touted to be a sports drama film. There are speculations that the film may be titled 'Peddi,' but an official announcement is awaited. The film will also feature Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar and 'Mirzapur' fame Divyenndu.

Recently his father, megastar Chiranjeevi, has been facing criticism for recent comments he made expressing his wish for his son, Ram Charan, to have a grandson to continue the family's legacy. Speaking at an event, Chiranjeevi joked about feeling like a "ladies' hostel warden" at home, surrounded by his granddaughters. He then said he keeps wishing and telling Ram Charan to "at least this time, have a boy so that our legacy continues," but that he is "scared that he might again have a girl.".
