Ganesh Chaturthi: Prabhas starrer 'The Raja Saab' team celebrates Ganesha on sets—See pictures

On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the makers of the Prabhas starrer 'The RajaSaab' welcomed Ganpati Bappa. The cast and crew of the upcoming Pan-India film came together to celebrate the auspicious festival with devotion and high spirits, making the day special on their shoot.

The makers shared glimpses from the celebration. A beautifully decorated idol of Lord Ganesha was placed at the center of the grand haveli set. Director Maruthi, along with the film's cast and crew, was seen performing the rituals with complete tradition, seeking blessings for the project's success. The entire team posed together with the idol.

About 'The Raja Saab'

Directed by Maruthi, the film is a horror, comedy, and romance that revolves around a young heir who aims to secure his ancestral property to ease his financial troubles. The film is set in and around an old ancestral mansion, where an angry spirit tied to the property’s mysterious past creates complications.

The film stars Prabhas, Malavika Mohanan making her Telugu debut, Nidhhi Agerwal, Ridhi Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, and others.

The film will release in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.

As per a report by CineExpress, filmmaker TG Vishwa Prasad confirmed that the Prabhas starrer 'The Raja Saab' will release on January 9, 2026, instead of December 5 this year.

On the other hand, makers of the film 'Peddi' have shared their Ganesh Chaturthi wishes for 2025. On this auspicious day, the 'Peddi' team began shooting a major song. The team shared a special Ganesh Chaturthi video message for fans, wishing everyone a very happy Ganesh Chaturthi. The director, Buchi Babu Sana, also shared celebratory messages on social media.
