Prabhas Raju Uppalapati, the humble man was born to Telugu producer Surya Narayana Raju and Siva Kumari in 1979. He also happens to be the nephew of veteran superstar Krishnam Raju. After kicking off his celluloid journey with Eeswar in 2002, Prabhas acquired his first box-office success with the romantic-drama Varsham in 2004. However, it was SS Rajamouli’s Chatrapathi that turned the tables for the newbie and catapulted him into the top league of Tollywood with just five films under his belt.
