Balaji Sayyapureddy is helming it which marks his directorial debut. On the occasion of Kiran Abbavaram's Birthday on July 15th, famous Tollywood director Harish Shankar released the first look poster of his next film Sebastian P.C 524. Kiran Abbavaram will be seen as a police constable Sebastian in this film, and he will have a medical condition about night blindness. Raj K Nalli will be handling cinematography while Viplav will edit the film. More details about the project will be out soon.
