As we always said with the advent of high Internet speed on mobile networks and the digital media enthusiasm to break the news, a few people are spreading fake news with clickbait titles and misleading content on social media that are hurting several lately.
A few Tollywood celebs such as Venu Madhav (Late) even came before the media and expressed his sorrow for killing him at the time he was recovering and a few other Tollywood celebs too have gone through this in the recent past. Today, yet another similar incident took place in Hyderabad. A section of local media killed the healthy Kota Srinivasa Rao by spreading fake news on social media. The popular film actor has expressed his grief saying that some people are spreading fake news about his demise but I'm healthy and alive.
He requested the media and fans to not believe the above fake news as he is happy and healthy and released a video byte expressing the same. He also urged those people spreading fake news to not play with people's lives and wished happy ‘Ugadi’ to all.
He further added that there were more than 50 well-wishers who enquired about his health this morning after this spread of fake news and a few policemen too have come to his house to control the crowds. So he requested all those people to refrain from spreading such fake news as there are millions of other ways to earn money.
