'Inttelligent': 5 reasons to watch VV Vinayak’s film starring Sai Dharam Tej

After a string of flops, actor Sai Dharam Tej is looking to redeem himself and bounce back with VV Vinayak’s film ‘Inttelligent’. After an extensive promotional campaign, the film is finally set to hit screens this Friday. Dharam Tej has action-packed sequences, songs in foreign locales, and powerful dialogues in the movie – and is hoping that this entire package of masala elements will bring him box-office success once again.While we’ll have to wait and see if the hype can translate into numbers for team ‘Inttelligent’, before the movie review is out, here are five reasons to give this film a shot:

1) Sai Dharam Tej has a point to prove
Given that he has had four flops in a row, he is desperate to prove a point – to both his critics and admirers. The actor is determined to show that he’s back with a vengeance and it’s interesting to see how performs with his back against the wall.
2) VV Vinayak’s direction
This is Vinayak’s first film after he helmed Megastar Chiranjeevi’s landmark film ‘Khaidi. No.150’, which turned out to be one of last year’s biggest blockbusters. The film marked the return of Chiranjeevi to the silver screen after a long hiatus, when the actor quit films to pursue his political ambitions. Vinayak, who earlier done films like ‘Tagore’ and ‘Adhurs’ is aiming for another blockbuster with ‘Intelligent’.
3) Lavanya Tripathi and Sai Dharam Tej’s chemistry
Ever since her performance in 2015 blockbuster ‘Bhale Bhale Mogadivoi’, actress Lavanya Tripathi has been one of the most sought-after heroines in the Telugu film industry. The actress is said to have a meaty role in ‘Intelligent’, and her chemistry – both on and off-screen – with Sai Dharam Tej has been one of the talking points ahead of the film’s release. We’ll have to wait and see if this pair can set the screen on fire, but it’s definitely worth finding out.
4) Remix of Chamak Chamak Cham
One of the biggest talking points ahead of this film’s release has been the fact Sai Dharam Tej and Lavanya Tripathi will re-enact Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s iconic song ‘Chamak Chamak Cham’. This remix version has gone viral on social media, with more than 1.5 million views on YouTube. There has been both appreciation and criticism for Sai Dharam Tej for choosing to re-enact such an iconic song, but the actor says that he will gleefully accept any opportunity to pay tribute to the Mega Star.
5) Loads of comedy promised
Legendary comedian Brahmanandam along with Prudhvi Raj promise to bring the house down during the film, the makers have promised. Given that Brahmnandam hasn’t been featuring in films with the regularity that he used to earlier, there’s tremendous curiosity to see if the veteran has still got it.
