Jr NTR and Tamannaah Bhatia starrer Oosaravelli to be remade in Bollywood?

if recent reports are anything to go by.

After it was announced that Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas and director VV Vinayak will make their Bollywood debut soon with the Hindi remake of

SS Rajamouli

’s Prabhas starrer Chatrapathi, buzz is that Surender Reddy’s Jr NTR and Tamannaah Bhatia starrer Oosaravelli will also soon be remade in Hindi with a Bollywood star cast. Reports suggest that a team of writers have already begun work on the script also to make some changes.

Producer S Taurani reportedly said, “The story of Oosaravelli works well in Hindi too so we decided to remake it. It has done extremely well in Telugu so we’re confident about the remake as well. We will announce it officially pretty soon.” The film that released in 2011 was a decent hit with Jr NTR playing the role of Tony, a rowdy from Mumbai who decides to help Niharika plan her revenge against the antagonist who killed her family. and Vakkantam Vamsi penned the story and dialogues of the film, creating a sensation back then. The entry scenes of Jr NTR remain one of the best till date in the actor’s filmography. Music director Devi Sri Prasad composed the music.

Not just Chatrapathi and Oosaravelli, Jersey, Vinayakudu, HIT and more are also getting a Bollywood touch soon.
