Jr NTR says his 'War 2' character is extremely special and feels blessed by fans love

Jr NTR is making his grand entry in Bollywood opposite Hrithik Roshan and is overjoyed with the overwhelming response to the teaser of his upcoming film 'War 2'. The actor recently opened up about how special the character he plays in the movie is to him and how grateful he feels for the love pouring in from fans across the country.

The unconditional love is a blessing

As per an IANS report, the 'RRR' star expressed that being an actor is a true blessing because it allows him to experience unconditional love from audiences. He said, "It is truly a blessing to be an actor because you get to experience so much unconditional love from people. It is a very precious and rare feeling and I’m really lucky to be receiving the same for War 2."

A completely new avatar in 'War 2'

The actor revealed that in 'War 2', he has a completely new avatar in the film. He shared that portraying this character was a lot of fun and that he is thrilled to see the positive reactions coming from fans and movie lovers nationwide. For Jr NTR, the role holds a special place in his heart because of the emotional intensity and energy he invested in it.

"This character is extremely special to me. When you give so much emotion, so much intensity and energy to your role, it is all the more exciting to see this kind of response from my fans, from people who love to see good cinema on the big screen," he said.

Directed by Ayan Mukerji, 'War 2' is a high-octane action thriller that also stars Kiara Advani as the female lead.

The film is scheduled to release on August 14, 2025, in multiple languages.
