After a long wait and a few unexpected delays, the Telugu version of the film is now streaming on Zee5. The Telugu version of the movie was originally scheduled for release on August 15, 2025, on Independence Day, but delays and other unforeseen issues pushed the release to August 22, adding even more delay. After weeks of people wondering if they could actually see the film, the film is finally available to watch on streaming, much to the delight of those waiting to see the dubbed version.
The streaming platform shared the announcement on their social media handle, as they wrote, "Courtroom drama 'Janaki Vs State of Kerala (JSK)' is now streaming in Telugu on ZEE5. A powerful story where truth fights to prevail."

Directed and written by Pravin Narayanan, 'JSK: Janaki V vs State of Kerala' stars Anupama Parameswaran in a career-defining role. Anupama plays Janaki, a young woman who endures a traumatic sexual assault and faces further challenges within the justice system. While Janaki is grappling with the traumatic scarring from her previous assault, she intensifies her fight for truth after the mysterious death of her father during a political protest, making a complex courtroom battle.Apart from Anupama, the film features Suresh Gopi as advocate David Abel Donovan. The cast also includes Shruthi Ramachandran, Divya Pillai, Madhav Suresh, Baiju Santhosh, and Aksar Ali. The music was composed by Ghibran and Gireesh Narayanan.
