Kajal Aggarwal shares her role in 'Satyabhama' mirrors her real-life persona

Kajal Aggarwal is set to be seen on the big screens again with her upcoming cop action drama, 'Satyabhama'. Directed by Suman Chikkala, the film features Naveen Chandra in a pivotal role and is slated for release tomorrow, June 7.

In a recent interview with 123Telugu, Kajal shared some personal insights into her connection with her character, Satyabhama. She explained that the character resonates with her real-life persona. Just like Satyabhama, Kajal is vocal about societal issues. She said, "Even if I don’t come out and hold rallies, I will share my opinions and thoughts about the incident. Like everyone else, I have personal opinions about what happens in the society."

Discussing her experience of playing a cop on screen, Kajal mentioned that although she had donned a police uniform in the past for the film 'Jilla', her role in 'Satyabhama' is markedly different. In this film, she portrays a powerful police officer that is entirely new to her. She expressed her hope that audiences will appreciate her unique performance.
She also mentioned that 'Satyabhama' themes revolve around youth, games, betting, and religion. Kajal was quick to clarify that the film does not degrade any religion; instead, it incorporates these elements as part of its story. She added that the movie has many surprises beyond what the trailer reveals, with numerous twists and turns that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
