tied the knot on November 21 at a plush venue in the city. Numerous stars like his RX 100 director Ajay Bhupathi, co-star Payal Rajput, Saikumar, Tanikella Bharani and others attended the wedding. The couple have been dating since 2010 when they studied together at NIT Warangal and got engaged in August this year. Kartikeya even got down on one knee for Lohitha during the pre-release event of Raja Vikramarka.
