One of Tollywood’s legendary actors and ruler of many hearts, Superstar Krishna passed away on Tuesday (November 15) morning after suffering a cardiac arrest. Krishna suffered a massive heart attack on Monday and was rushed to a private hospital in Hyderabad. Despite doctors at the hospital trying their best, Krishna could not be resuscitated. He was declared dead around 4 pm on Tuesday.
Young Tollywood actor Kiran Abbavaram has shared his experience of hearing things about superstar Krishna when he entered the film industry.
He said, ''When I entered the industry, I heard that Krishna garu worked around the clock to get the shoot done. When producers were at a loss, he had starred in their films without taking any remuneration. After knowing all these things, I grew respect for him. Whichever movie he acted, it just showed the dedication towards the role he played. Working in 18 movies in a year is no mean feat. He is a producers’ hero.''
As earlier reported, procession with mortal remains of the late actor was supposed to be moved to Gachibowli Stadium this evening from the actors’ Nanakaramguda home but owning to huge crowd visiting one last time to see their favorite personality, the family has considered postponing the funeral and last rites to Wednesday. Now, as per reports, Krishna’s last rites will be performed with state honours in Hyderabad. His cremation will take place at the Maha Prasthanam in Hyderabad.
