in the GHMC elections. The couple, who urged and encouraged city folk to exercise their right to vote, seemed to be recovering well. The actor had just been discharged from a private hospital in Hyderabad and looked healthy during his visit to the polling booth.

Earlier, when false rumours about the actor’s health condition surfaced, he quashed them and confirmed that he tested positive for coronavirus and is taking treatment. Along with Rajasekhar, his wife and daughters Shivani Rajasekhar and

too tested positive. While the daughters recovered quickly, Jeevitha had to be admitted to the hospital. She thanked the medical staff and doctors at the hospital for taking care of her husband so well when he was discharged.

On the work front, Rajasekhar will be seen in a dual role in his next titled

Arjuna

that is set to release. Though the film was supposed to release in March, it was postponed due to the sudden lockdown. In the film, the actor plays a politician and according to sources, the social drama is based on real-life incidents and will give us a glimpse of the present political scenario in the country. The actor is set to play both the father and son in the film directed by Kanmani.
