Talented actor and Bigg Boss Telugu fame Sohel is getting ready for the release of ‘Lucky Lakshman’, which will hit the screens on December 30. The out-and-out family entertainer stars Mokksha as the female lead. Its pre-release event was hosted by the makers recently Director AR Abhi's father unveiled the big ticket during the event.

The event sought to begin a new trend in the industry by hosting the team of 'Korameenu', which will hit the screens on December 31. The two teams are supporting each other's content-driven films. Anand Ravi and Kishori Dhatrik of 'Korameenu' were there as guests.

Actor Sohel said, "Telugu people are the reason for my success. My father is behind my success. I have only known cinema and charity all my life. My producer Haritha garu is releasing this film on her own. Director Abhi is talented. We believe in the power of content. This film is a family subject. Raja Ravindra, Devi Prasad and Shani have got impressive roles. The Telugu people are my biggest strength. It's up to them to take our movie forward. They have always supported me. I hope their blessings stay with us this weekend. Anup Rubens' music is superb. Haritha garu is a daring and dashing producer. This December 30, our film will keep you in splits right from the first frame."

Director Abhi said, "With passion, we can do anything. I feel fortunate to have been born to my father. He always corrects me wherever I am. The teaser, trailer and songs of 'Lucky Lakshman' have spoken for our film. You will leave the theatre will the feeling of having watched a nice film. Sohel okayed this film in the first sitting. Cinematographer I Andrew is going to be my technician for all films. Anup's music is the biggest asset. No character in this film had a second choice. Prawin's editing and Bhaskarabhatla's lyrics stand out. Mokksha has done a nice job as the heroine. Everyone will fall in love with her character. I am aware of Sohel's financial and social status. He is always there to help people around him. He is beautiful both from the outside and inside. Haritha garu trusted me when nobody did. As a producer, she got involved in every craft."

This 2022 period romantic drama is written and directed by K. Radha Krishna Kumar and the film is jointly funded by UV creations along with T-series. The film stars Prabhas and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles. The film set in the 1970s in Italy revolves around Palmist Vikramaditya who is conflicted between destiny and his love Prerana.

The film is made with a whopping budget of Rs 300-350 crores but due to mixed reviews of its content, it could only get back half of it.

Rana Daggbati, Sai Pallavi and Priyamani's period romantic action drama film written and directed by Venu Udugual is set in the Telangana region in the 1990s amidst the Naxalite movement that tells the story of Vennala (Sai Pallavi), a young woman who is in pursuit of her love with Ravi Shankar (Rana Daggubati) the Naxal leader.

the film is said to be made with a budget of "Rs 15 crores but could only retain 10-12 crores of it due to the film carrying positive to mixed reviews.

'AAGMC' is a Telugu romantic drama film written and directed by Mohan Krishna Indraganti that is funded by Mythri Movie makers starring Sudheer Babu and Krithi Shetty. That tells the story of a movie director and his lady love and this was the third collaboration of the director MK Indraganti with Sudheer Babu the film is said to be a box-office dud despite it carrying good songs.

'Thank you' is a romantic drama film written by BVS Ravi and directed by Vikram K Kumar starring Naga Chaitanya, Raashii Khanna and Malavika Nair in the lead roles. The film talks about being grateful and showing gratitude to someone who helps us reach where we are today. The film opened to mixed negative reviews and was a box-office bomb.

AMJ is a 2022 Telugu language romantic comedy-drama film written and directed by Tirumala Kishore and the film was funded by SLV cinemas that tell the story of strong-headed women and their bride match trials to Chiranjeevi (Sharwanand). The film received mixed to negative reviews for its content and it ended up as a commercial failure, in which Rashmika played the female lead.

'Sita Ramam' is a Telugu period romance film written and directed by Hanu Raghavapudi with Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles. The film set in the 1960s tells the story of Lieutenant Ram, an orphaned army officer serving at the Kashmir border, who gets anonymous love letters from Sita Mahalakshmi, post which Ram is on a mission to find Sita and proposes to his love. 18 Pages is a Telugu romantic comedy film written by 'Pushpa' director Sukumar and it was directed by Palnati Surya Pratap, starring Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameshwaran playing the lead roles.

The film talks about a techie who was betrayed by his girlfriend which pushes him into depression, he later finds a girl Nandhini and falls for her. The film too carried decent reviews for its light-hearted content and it is still in theatres now.
