Manjula Ghattamaneni launched her own YouTube channel recently. In the first video that she posted on the channel, she has revealed that she has struggled with depression for over ten years. In the five-minute-long video, she details how she coped with her mental health issues by adopting a healthy lifestyle and practising meditation.

I started this intense journey of self-development after hitting rock bottom and constantly feeling overwhelmed with my problems. One night out of sheer frustration, I started praying. After this, I felt myself becoming calmer and more peaceful. I dedicated more time to the people who are closest to me and kept practising meditation.
