According to a Gulte report, Manoj addressed the media, offering an apology on behalf of his father. He expressed regret over the unfortunate incident and acknowledged the support he received from journalists. Manoj stated that he stands with them and asked for their understanding during this difficult time.

"On behalf of my father, I sincerely apologize to the media. You have come in support of me, but what happened is unfortunate. I am with you, and please accept my apologies," said Manoj.
