Sharing the silver jubilee poster of Ee Rojullo, he wrote, "8 years ago.. this movie happened and things changed!! Oka chinna change in movie making and stories.. Helmed by Maruthi, Ee Rojullo was released in 2011 and was immensely popular among youngsters. The film, which is about two youngsters who get frustrated by loving and making friends with others, was remade in Kannada as Preethi Prema and released in February 2017.
