Rana and Miheeka's wedding took place on August 8, 2020, at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The couple had previously gotten engaged in May 2020, surrounded by close friends and family.

In 2020, Rana shared with India Today that he felt it was the right time to marry as he was maturing. He mentioned that Miheeka lives nearby and their relationship feels effortless and natural. He praised her as wonderful, noting that they enhance each other’s lives and described their marriage as a profoundly positive experience.

On the professional front, Rana Daggubati is currently filming the second season of Netflix's 'Rana Naidu,' alongside Victory Venkatesh.
