'Mirai': Teja Sajja talks about Prabhas’ voice-over in the film; says, 'Just took one phone call'

Teja Sajja is basking in success with his latest release, 'Mirai', which has made over Rs 100 crore globally. The film includes multiple elements that have been the talking point for and such is the voice-over given by Tollywood's beloved Rebel Star. Just hours before the film's release, Teja Sajja hinted at the involvement of Prabhas in the project. The fans were taken by surprise when they heard Prabhas' voice in the beginning narration.

Speaking to Pinkvilla, the 'HanuMan' actor shared what the collaboration meant to him. Tejja shared that he met Prabhas a couple of times during the shooting of the film. "He was very excited for the film, and like, he's a star who doesn't even realize how big he is. He is that simple and humble. I love him," he said. He also mentioned his down-to-earth nature. "It took us just one phone call for the voice-over," he revealed.Teja explained why the team felt Prabhas was the perfect choice for the narration. "We needed a person with that gravity." He shared that as the film has a lot of fantasy, some of his magnitude was needed because it brings believability.

Darling for a reason

Teja Sajja shared his admiration for the 'Salaar' actor. "It was just a phone call; there was no further discussion about it.
I thank him from the bottom of my heart. He is The Darling," he added.

About 'Mirai'

'Mirai' tells the story of Vedha, portrayed by Teja Sajja, who is destined to protect nine scriptures that possess power. The main antagonist, Mahabir aka Black Swords, is portrayed by Manchu Manoj, who wants to get hold of the scriptures to take control over the world.The film was released on September 12 in multiple languages.
