Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala's wedding preps begin; See pics here

Actress Sobhita Dhulipala got engaged to her boyfriend Naga Chaitanya on August 8. The two have been dating from 2022 and they made their relationship official recently after their engagement in August.


Now Sobhita took to social media to share beautiful pictures from one of their pre-wedding ceremonies. According to the Telugu wedding rituals, the actress' Haldi ceremony or called the 'Godhuma Raayi Pasupu Danchatam' happened and with this ritual the wedding preparations begin.

The photos show the actress along with her family members crushing and grinding the turmeric on the wheat stone and this ritual has a huge significance in Telugu weddings. The couple is yet to reveal their wedding date.

Earlier, Nagarjuna when announcing the engagement on X, mentioned that the engagement happened on a quick note as it was an auspicious day and the couple wanted an intimate ceremony. He explained that the plans for the wedding are yet to be made and clarified that it will not be anytime soon. Later, rumours spread that the couple are looking to tie the knot in December in Udaipur palace as a destination weddding. However, no official confirmations have been made yet.
