Naga Chaitanya & Sai Pallavi groove to 'Namo Namah Shivaya' at 'Thandel' success event

Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi recently celebrated the success of their film 'Thandel' at a special 'Thank You' event, following its release on February 7, 2025.

During the event, videos surfaced showing Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi energetically dancing to the song "Namo Namah Shivaya," a track from the film. Their joyful performance received enthusiastic applause from fans, who enjoyed the chemistry between the two stars.

About the film, 'Thandel,' directed by Chandoo Mondeti, is based on a real-life incident involving a fisherman from Srikakulam who accidentally drifts into Pakistani waters. The film explores themes of love, sacrifice, and resilience as it follows Raju, played by Naga Chaitanya, and Satya, played by Sai Pallavi, through their emotional journey. Fans praised the film for its engaging narrative, stunning visuals, and moving music, although some noted that the pacing could be improved.

Since its release, 'Thandel' has performed well at the box office, grossing over Rs 21.27 crore on its opening day in India. The film has resonated with audiences, thanks in part to its emotional depth and the strong connection viewers feel with the characters.

The 'Thank You' meet served as an opportunity for the cast and crew to express their gratitude to fans for their support. On its seventh day, 'Thandel' collected approximately a total net collection in India of around Rs 49.2 crore, nearing its Rs 50 crore mark, and its worldwide gross is reported to be around Rs 67.89 crore.
